Refund & Return Policy

At Gali Bazaar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and hassle-free refunds.


1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Accepted Return Reasons:
    • Wrong item received
    • Damaged or defective product
    • Size or fit issues (for clothing)
    • Item not as described
  • Conditions:
    • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
    • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
    • Certain items like innerwear, cosmetics, or customized products are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to My Orders on your Gali Bazaar account.
  2. Click Return next to the item.
  3. Choose the reason and upload images if required.
  4. We’ll schedule a free pickup from your address.

Note: In remote areas, you may need to self-ship the item. Reimbursement of shipping charges will be provided.


3. Refund Policy

  • Mode of Refund:
    • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.)
    • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or Gali Bazaar wallet
  • Processing Time:
    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after item inspection.

4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer free exchanges for size issues or product replacements.
  • Exchange is subject to availability of stock.

5. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Personal care products (opened/used)
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items on final clearance or marked “Non-returnable”
